Why does outdoor concrete in Northeast Ohio need a protective coating?
Bare concrete doesn't do well through Ohio winters. A slab goes through hundreds of freeze-thaw cycles: water works into the concrete, freezes, expands, and the repeated internal pressure leads to cracking and surface deterioration over time.
